When you have completed your search (see our sections on How to search Ireland Genealogy & How to refine your search) and decided which records are of relevance to you simply click “Order”.
You can also choose to view more details of the record. Click 'Details' and a popup will show you the Ireland Genealogy File Number, Applicants Name, County, the Microfilm Number (as held by PRONI or National Archives) a Thumbnail of the research document, and the file size.
When you have clicked “Order” the document will be added to your shopping cart, and you can then resume your search.
When you have finished adding all your research to your cart, enter the customer information as required and click “Purchase Document”.
If you have a coupon code remember to enter the code in the space provided and click “ Use Coupon” before clicking “Purchase Document”.
You will then be taken to the secure PayPal website. If you do not have a PayPal account, don't worry. There is an option on the PayPal website to pay by credit card.
When the transaction is complete, you will receive an email containing your research.
If you have any problems, then just Contact Us.
You may want to refine you search a little especially if the initial “Surname” search has produced at lot of results.
You can do this by also entering a first name or a county.
